AMI Foundation is an independent,  self-owning, legal entity; an asset management structure , established to:

1.  Manage the founder’s estate and legacy.

2.  Provide benefits to beneficiaries.

3.  Research and share, ways and means, for health, wisdom and harmonious evolution.

Foundations have no owners. Foundations have councilors appointed to manage the affairs of the foundation according to the foundation  charter and rules.

Assets transferred to the  foundation, are the property of the foundation. The founder, beneficiaries, council members and officers of the foundation, are not considered beneficial owners of  foundation assets for legal or tax purposes.
